Common questions

How do you check the helpers?

We collect government ID and proof of address, verify the address in person, and call previous employers for a reference. We share all of this with you before you meet anyone.

What does it cost?

The helper's monthly salary is agreed directly between you and them. We charge a one-time placement fee once you've chosen someone. Call us for current rates — there's no charge for talking to us.

How quickly can someone start?

For most requests we can arrange introductions within two to three days. Urgent patient and elder care is often possible the same day.

What if the helper isn't right for us?

Tell us and we'll find a replacement at no extra cost. Nobody benefits from a placement that isn't working.

I want to work. Do I have to pay anything?

No. Registering with us is free for workers. Bring your ID and we'll help you find a family nearby.
